Beginner Courses
Beginners courses are run in the bay at Dale and on the Milford Haven estuary. Sheltered from the open sea and patrolled by our safety boats, the flat water allows rapid progress through the early stages of learning. Once the basic paddle strokes have been mastered under the watchful eye of our BCU Instructor, more advanced manoeuvres such as sculling for support and rolling can be learnt, before undertaking longer trips in the bay area.

Intermediates
Expedition weekends are arranged using the superb range of coastal conditions around the entrance to Milford Haven, visiting bays and beaches around Dale Roads. Watwick, Angle, Sandy Haven and Stack Rock Fort with its seals provide an exciting mixture of sandy beaches and stunning scenery.
